This is my 1980’s Spoke wheeled David A Auld Traction Engine, made in Graymouth on the west coast of New Zealand.
This is the later version of this Traction Engine; in many ways it resembles its rival the Mamod TE. The previous Auld TE had tin plate wheels closer to those of the New Zealand Cranko Steam Rollers of that era.
This model has never been fired and has its original intact burner.
