1 Lb solid brass flywheel
Strip Down
Three coats of undercoat
Four coats of top coat
Two coats of heat resistant enamel and baking in the oven to harden off
2 months later and almost done. Just the burner housing to do now with VHT paint.
Three coats of Metal primer
Three coats of “Black Gloss” VHT Break Calliper Paint and baking on the BBQ at 250 deg , to harden off for 1 hour (it stinks)
Starting the assembly
Lining the base of the fire box with Jensen Insulating cloth to protect the wooden base from the burner.
Finished - My Bowman E101 fully restored in its original colours.
