This is my 1963 Mamod TE1, it has the nut and bolt construction, ribbed back wheels
and the much sought after Flat Canopy with gold letters.
This is the pride of my whole Toy Steam collection. It is in near perfect condition
and is complete with its box and all its original accessories.
When I found this engine it was sitting on a table in full steam at a local steam
show , the owner had no idea he had such a rare and perfect example from the very
first year Eric Malins of Mamod started to produce this model.
